Gurgaon: The City and State Meeting Department (DTCP) has written to the DHBVN Distom Distom Department and Distom Power, asking them to explain how the registry of 280 illegal flats in the two unauthorized colonies of the city is done without ‘no objection of the certificate’ (NOC) from the wings of enforcement and upper The basis of what an electrical connection is given to the apartment.

Batth wrote to Tehsildar of Badshapur: “Flat owners (around 150 of them in Sector 67) have obtained registration and sends a copy of their sales deeds.

Similarly, in the case of 130 illegal flats in Sai Lane Colony of Sector 8, DTCP officials found that sales of sales were initially executed between Dev Samaj Trust and Indo UK e-Services Company and after that individual sales actions were carried out for unauthorized colonies.
