Explain Punjab Netas’ J & K, Pakistan Description: Nadda to Congress

New Delhi: BJP President JP Nadda and other party officials on Tuesday asked the leadership of the Congress to explain their attitude in comments made by their Punjab leaders about Kashmir and Pakistan, said the party, reflecting the opposition and ‘anti-Indian’ approach.
In a series of tweets, Nadda said the silence of this problem would be seen as “implicit support” for such unpleasant comments.
“The last comment by the leaders of the Punjab congress, who enjoyed the protection of the upper states and high command in Delhi, were despicable.
They repeatedly made irresponsible statements that had major implications for national security,” said Head of BJP.
Comments by two advisers of the Head of the Punjab Congress Navjot Singh Sidhu have triggered controversy.
Malvinder Singh Mali has claimed that, “Kashmir is the country of Kashmir” while another advisor, Pyare Lal Garg, has taken the swipe in Punjab CM Amarinder Singh for criticizing the interests of Punjab.
Then, the spokesman for Sambit Party Patra said such comments could not be made by Congress leaders without the approval of Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.
“The statement made by the adviser to the Head of the Punjab Congress clearly shows that the party has a divisive and anti-India approach to Kashmir,” said Patra.
Taking Congress for Garg’s comments that Pakistan should not be criticized, Patra said that “these people are looking for their livelihoods in India but singing Pakistani songs”.
Patra asked why Sidhu, who embraced the head of the Pakistani army, had made the Congress’ Unit Punjab Chief and “for whom.” “Sidhu claims that he follows Rahul Gandhi’s direction.
Now Rahul must explain whether he considered J & K as part of India,” said Patra.
