Explain standing at the Govt Government Auction: HC to T’Gana Govt

Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court (HC) on Friday gave four weeks to the state government to explain his attitude to the petition submitted by the actress and leader of the Bharatiya Janata (BJP) Vijayashanti questioning the state government policy.
At the request of the country to preach it again, the Chairman of the Judge Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice a Rajasheker Reddy posted this case until December 3 requested his counter at that time.
The former MP in his request found errors with the state to decide to sell certain parts of government land for reasons that cannot be maintained that they are difficult to protect from encroachment.
His advice in the last hearing questioned how conditions could reveal the helplessness in these matters.
He also brought the notification of the state decision court to create a land bank of 1,000 acres in each district for future auctions.
“Both of these satisfaction do not walk together,” he said.
The Bharatiya Party leader Janata Vijayasti said the Telangana Land encroachment law, 1905, was intended to protect public property.
“If the state government feels that this old law is not enough to protect government soil, it has received sufficient legislative strength to add new teeth with this law to make it more effective,” Vijayashanti said in its petition.
Conversely, the state government chose to monetize land parcels by selling it to the private sector, he said.
The bench delayed this case until December 3
