Hyderabad: Telangana High Court on Tuesday directing Secretary of the Head of Somesh Kumar to submit a counter on March 14 became a country’s request by storing a number of officials waiting without posting.
Chairman of the Chief Judge Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili, who heard two-year pills on this issue, revealed his unhappiness with the country and CS because they did not archive the counter for so long.
“Your counter file or appear before us on March 14 to explain your case,” Bench said, looking for a reason to keep some empty posts even though the officer waited to work.
Pills submitted by retired post employees, Bondili Nagadhar Singh, who questioned the country’s efforts to avoid this problem.
Petitioner Advisor M Venkanna said that a number of officials from excise, income and commercial tax departments were sitting without posts for months and years.
“Because the government has paid salaries to all idle officers, it must be concluded that the state has deliberately wasted state funds because it does not act.
There is no point in crying with the appeal quoting the lack of officers while wasting services available like this,” Venkanna said .
When the country needs more people to attend aid activities related to pandemics, it will be a criminal waste for the wrong resources and strategies to unemployed officials, Venkanna said.
“Even while looking after this officer without a post, some tasks are entrusted to several officers as additional accusations,” he added.
