A mumbai session court heard Plea guarantee Arya Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha and accused of another in drug cases today.
After many arguments presented by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Additional Advice Public Lawyers (ASG) Anil C Singh and Special Public Vocational (SPP) Advait Set Sethna, and lawyer Aryan Khan Amit Desai concluded, the court decided to order orders until October 20.

Many people expect the court to give their final order today, with some hope Arya Khan will make a guarantee, while others feel that the guarantee application can be rejected.
But, the court decided to give his last order 6 days later, on October 20.

Lawyers from the NCB and the defendant were revealed in the press briefing after hearing the court, all the attorney set had submitted several copies of the assessment to the court, which must be done by the judge before giving orders.
Therefore the judge will take time to learn all documents and pass the last sequence on a bail application.
Lawyer Advait Tamhankar, Associate of Taraq Sayed who represented Arbaaz Merchant in the case, “Advocate Amit Desai argues that this case is not related to any conspiracy besides independent recovery.
Now the court decided to order this order for October 20.
Amit Desai, ASG Antel C Singh and all the other lawyers were present in court have submitted several copies of the assessment to the court to support our claim.
Judge Hon’ble must read the judgment before giving his demands, which is why he will need a lot of time.

Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha and dozens of others were detained and arrested by NCB after the attack was held at the Mumbai cruise ship terminal and cruise ship to Goa.
After being detained on October 2, all the defendants were arrested with various charges under the NDPS law by NCB later.
Now all eyes will be in the Mumbai session court and it is an order to arrive on October 20.
Until then, Aryan Khan and other defendants would be submitted at Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai.
