Explosion in the park in North Tehran, no one was injured

Dubai: A loud explosion that was heard in North Tehran on Saturday was caused by “unknown objects” exploded in the park but no one was injured, Iranian television.

Tehran Deputy Governor Hamid Reza Goudarzi, who was responsible for security issues, visited the site.
“Only one explosion occurred in Mellat (People) Park,” he told the official Semi Tasnim news agency.
Asked whether the incident was an attack, Goudarzi said: “We are investigating the dimensions and causes of incidents and we will provide information after we are confident.” Attacks are rare in Iran, but a number of sensitive military and nuclear sites have been targeted in recent years.
Iran accused Israel from several attacks on facilities and scientists related to its nuclear program.
Israel did not argue or confirm the accusation.
