CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu chapter of the Builders Association of India on Tuesday Searched Prolonging the Legitimacy of RERA-registered Jobs by a Year Ago Because of Covid-19.
In a letter to chief Union M Stalin, institution’s state chairman R Sivakumar said building jobs are postponed because of the current situation and builders cannot finish projects within the deadline because of pandemic and other limitations.
In addition, it required expansion of validity for construction planning permissions for an additional year for those jobs which are valid for several years end until December 31, 2021.
