Skills and Entrepreneurship Delhi (DSEU), who began the reception process for the first academic session last week, received an extraordinary response from students.
“On the first day of the entrance ticket, nearly 400 students registered in the entrance portal for various diploma levels and courses,” said Neharika Vohra, Deputy Chancellor, Dseu.
The university opened the application on July 6 for 15 Diploma courses in the field of creative economics and engineering; 12 degree courses in various domains; Six Btech courses; and two master level courses.

Campus preparation
Given the unprecedented situation, DSEU is preparing online mode, offline and a mixture of teaching learning methods.
“With advances in technology, direct training may not be a challenge for students.
We consult with experts having a virtual lab facility to handle a detrimental situation,” Vohra added that the university aims to prepare students who are ready to work by integrating work abilities and life skills between they.
Exam pattern
To enter the Diploma course, the University will conduct a home-based AI-Proctorored test on August 8 where students will be questioned with multiple choice questions (MCQ) related to mathematics, science and English level x class.
“Candidates can write acceptance tests from the comfort of their home or safe location.
They can use their desktops, laptops or smartphones as needed.
We also set a central-based online test for candidates who have zero access to digital infrastructure,” Vohra said.
To familiarize students with a test pattern, there will be a mock test from July 28 to August 6.
Acceptance to the BTECH course will be carried out based on the Jee Main Score.
For MCA and MTech (ENGINEERING), the university will offer entrance tickets based on the Nit MCA of the General Entered Test (NIMCET) and gate scores.

Candidates who need will be offered all kinds of financial assistance to pursue their education after being chosen.
“Universities will help such candidates in getting scholarships, freeships, educational loans, and benefits from various government schemes so that they will not be left behind,” Vohra added.
The university will also offer optional interest profile tests to certain students to help them identify their interest in their fields and choose the appropriate program.
