New Delhi: Month after defeating BJP in the West Bengal Assembly elections in May, the head of the Trinamool Congress Mamata Banerjee will make his first step to reach people outside the country on July 21.
July 21 was celebrated as a martyr for TMC remembered 13 people who were killed in shooting police in Kolkata during the Youth Congress Rally in 1993.
