San Francisco: Facebook announced more than $ 9 billion in quarterly profit on Monday, hours after a collective US news published a Malay flood report which argued that the company prioritized its growth for the safety of the community.
The social media giant has fought against the new crisis since former employees Frances Haugen divulges internal studies that show executives who show their site’s potential, encourage renewed regulations.
Facebook released results showing its profits in a recent quarter grew to $ 9.2 billion – a 17 percent increase – and the ranks of users increased to 2.91 billion.
Facebook executive said on revenue calls that Tech Titan would bring more money if it wasn’t for Apple updating the iPhone operating system to thwart the advertising tracking application user for advertising targeting without permission.
“Overall, if it wasn’t for the change of iOS 14 Apple, we will see a positive quarter of more than the quarter of revenue growth,” Chief Facebook Operating Sheryl Sandberg said about the iphone software tweak made on behalf of privacy protectors.
A few hours earlier, the new report blamed the CEO of Mark Zuckerberg for his platform bent to the country’s sensors in Vietnam, noting Facebook allowing hatred speeches to develop internationally due to online linguistic shortages online.

Facebook has attacked reporting in an effort to throw social networks used by billions of people in inaccurate light.
“A good criticism of faith helps us get better, but my view is what we see is a coordinated effort to selectively use the leak document to paint the false picture of our company,” Zuckerberg said in a revenue call.
Haken, who testified on social media before members of the British parliament Monday, has repeatedly said the company places its sustainable growth, and thus gets profit, before the welfare and safety of users.
“Facebook does not want to accept even a little profit slice sacrificed for safety, and it is unacceptable,” he told parliamentarians, adding that angry or fuelable content hate “is the easiest way to grow” social media platforms.
Facebook has been beaten by the previous big crisis, but the current view behind the company’s curtains has triggered the madness of spicy reports and new encouragement from US parliamentarians to take action against social media.
The Washington Post Story Out Monday said Zuckerberg personally signed a boost from the Vietnam authoritarian government to limit the distribution of “anti-state” posts called.
A report from Politico called the “treasure treasure for the Washington anti-trust battle” against the platform, revealing the internal employee chat about Facebook’s global domination.
One of the Monday reports, from the threshold website, plunged into the fear of its own company for the future.
“Teenagers from Facebook applications in the US have declined by 13 percent since 2019 and projected to fall 45 percent over the next two years, encourage the overall decline in daily users in the advertising market most profitable companies,” said the story, “said the company’s research Internal.
