Facilities for throwing 300 mt waste to be ready in 5 months?

Greater Noida: Construction of the first material recovery facility (MRF) for dry waste disposal of Greater Noida has begun at Ecotech 12, officials said.
The facility, was being built at Rs 2.5 Crore, will throw around 300 metric tons of dry waste and are expected to be ready in four to five months.
This will involve around 400 sanitation workers, officials said.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (Gnida) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the UN Development Program (UNDP) and HDFC Bank.
While UNDP will provide technical support for the factory, private banks will provide funds for projects through its CSR drive.
After ready, Gnida will hire an agent to make items, such as plastic boards, benches, chairs, lights, decoration goods and road repairs, among others, from dry waste which will be recycled in the middle.
“Below the facility, we aim to continue with our campaign to dispose of garbage produced in this sector in the area.
Dry waste will be brought to be processed with the help of around 400 sanitation workers,” Chandra In depth, Head of Gnida Additional Operation (ACEO), Said .
Candra said the process of taking waste from collecting centers and turning it into a product of daily use will be carried out from the MRF.
“Products such as benches, plastic boards, lights, chairs, decoration items to road repair work and other decorative products can be made from processed waste in the MRF.
These products can be used at home, parks etc.,” he said.
