Nagpur: Opposition leader in the Assembly, Devendra Fadnivis, on Monday praised the new role given by BJP Top Brass in Delhi to his former country’s Minister – Vinod Tawde and Chandrashekhar Bawankule.
While Tawde increased as the National Secretary General of the Party, Bawankule was offered a ticket for MLC polls from Nagpur to replace Vent Girish Vyas.
Both were rejected by tickets by the central leadership during the 2019 assembly poll, creating ripples across state cadres.
They are senior ministers in Fadnivis’s cabinet and favorite to maintain seats from their respective constituencies.
The reason for their exceptions along with a few others, despite the strong recommendations of the Maharashtra party unit, is still a mystery.
Speaking to the media together with the collector’s office outside Bawankule, Fadniv said he was happy to see him back to the legislative poll after leaving for two years.
“He really worked very hard during his tenure as a minister.
He really proved how public representatives had to work for the people.
He worked by wondering as the party secretary general in the past year.
I think the program today (from the provider The submission nomination) is a gift for all its hard work to date.
“Former CM and Nagpur Mla Southwest further said that under Gadkari’s guidance, BJP would record a landslide victory in the December 10 poll.
He, however, refused to comment on the Senior Switch BJP Corporator Ravindra Bhoard to Congress after being ruled out for MLC polls.
End the height of Tawde as a proud moment for Maharashtra, Fadnivis hopes the best.
“I think he might be the third person from the state to be appointed at the coveted post after Pramod Mahajan and Gopinath Munde,” said Fadnivis.
In October 2019 the poll assembly, the BJP Central Leadership also denied tickets to seniors such as the main whip in the assembly of Raj Purohit, ministers forming Eknath Khadse, Prakash Mehta and others.
About 19 MLA was dropped from the list, blamed by BJP Netas in the calculation of the party from 122 in 2014 polls to 105 of 2019.
According to BJP Netas, the rehabilitation of both Tawde and Bawankule planned to unite future citizenship.
Next year’s election.
The former Minister of Education Tawde came from the Maratha community while Bawankule, former Minister of Energy and Excise, was a tel.
Both communities have a large selection of voters in the state.
After rejection of tickets, their supporters protested the Fadnivis government later, thus affected BJP sound banks.
After Bawankule was rejected by tickets, his wife’s name did a round, but the party’s leadership refused to offer the form of his AB and Like Tekchand Sawarkar.
For Tawde, which is MLA from Borivali in Mumbai, the height is important considering the fact that BJP is eyeing victory in the election of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) against Foe Shiv Sena, according to Netas BJP.
