Mumbai: Chhota Chhota’s Gangster ‘Telephone Operator’ Fahim Machmach (51), which issued a threat of extortion in the first instruction, reportedly died of Covid in Karachi on Friday night.
The source said Machmach, acknowledged severe respiratory problems to private hospitals in Karachi a few days ago after he tested positive, died of organ failure.
They said he was buried in Karachi early on Saturday.
