Chandigarh: The Punjab High Court and Haryana on Friday rejected the request against the Hoshiarpur court process that had called the former Main Minister of Parkash Singh Badal, Sukhbir Badal and Senior Shiroman Akali Dal (SAD), Daljit Singh Cheema in connection with fraud cases to submit false affidavit Indian election (ECI).
With this, these leaders will also face trials in front of the Hoshiarpur court.
Until now, there was living in the trial.
Justice G S Sandhawalia from HC has passed this order while ignoring the request submitted by Daljit Cheema and Parkash Singh Badal.
Copies of orders, however, are not available until archiving this report.
In this case, criminal complaints submitted by Balwant Singh Khera, the National Vice President of the Indian Socialist Party, against sad leaders for fraud, forgery, and conspiracy under the IPC in 2010.
According to a complainant, the former Parkash president who was sad, Singh Badal and the carrier Other offices have hidden the old party constitution which states that the party adheres to the principles of Sikh.
Also alleged that these leaders gave a falitive statement to ECI that the party followed secular, democratic and socialist values even when the party had fought the committee of Shiroman Gurudwara Prabandhak and the selection of the Delhi Gurudwara Committee Prabandhak.
Hearing the Khera’s request, the Hoshiarpur court had summoned sad leaders to face the trial.
Harmed by the command of summons, the sad leaders had approached HC.
