‘Fake Meeting’: Government, Police Get HC Notification

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court on Wednesday issued a notification to the state government, DGP and others on the request that accused his small “fake meeting” of a man and his son, who was shot dead by the police in the Surendranagar district two months ago.
Litigation Public Interest was submitted by Sohann Malek, whose father Hanifkhan Jatmalik and Brother Madeenkhan Jatmalik, was killed in what was meant by “Fake Meeting” by the Bajana Police Station official on November 6, 2021.
The Chief Justice Head of Justice Aravind Kumar and Justice Ashutosh Shastri issued a notice to The respondents, including the state government, Director General of Police, Surendranagar Police Inspector, Gujarat Human Rights Commission and seven officials of the Bajana Police Station, can be returned on January 18.
Through his lawyer Yatin Oza, Malek argued that police officers accused of shooting their father and siblings and continued to make fake cases against them, their family members and neighbors, accused them of forming a horde to attack them.
The Petitioner stated that some violations were registered with his father, but this did not provide “automatic licenses” to official officials of the respondent “to hold a fake meeting”.
Malek prayed to be investigated by higher authorities against the police station Bajana Police, who did “illegal actions to kill his father and brother”.
A “fake” fire extinguisher was also submitted by the Bajana Police Office Sub-Inspector on November 7, 2021, alleged that the mass of 15-20 people had attacked the police team when trying to arrest and put his father who died in the vehicle.

One of the respondents, Sub-Inspector of Virendrasinh Jadyja had fired a shot, the pill was allegedly.
The applicant said that the police team accused of reaching their home in a private vehicle on November 6 and dragged his father towards the vehicle.
His 14-year-old brother rushed to ask the police the reason and began to follow his father.
Seeing this, sub-inspectors accused of shooting a “blank point in the chest”, the application states.
“When he saw his son shot in cold blood, the father of the applicant became angry and when he came to see the child, he was also shot dead,” said.
When the neighbors gathered, the police “made a fake case stating that the father and son meeting was carried out to defend himself because they had tried to attack the police”, Malek accused.
The police also continued to file pine against a mass of 15-20 people, including members of the Petitioner and neighbors.
A further application claimed that two accused named in FIR had died back, and two others were around 75 years old and were not in physical condition to attack the police.
One of the defendants suffered a 50 percent disability, it stated that it added that the duo of the father-killed by the police was also crowned in FIR.
The police harassed their family members and their lives were also at stake, the applicant claimed.
