Fake notes are smuggled into Rajasthan made by Bangladesh

Jaipur: The day after the arrest of a 29-year-old man with a fake Indian currency (FICN) from Rs 1.97 lakh during the crackdown in the Ladnun Nagaur area, the police on Saturday stated that the original FICN had to be smuggled into India through Bangladesh.
The police in his investigation also found that the defendant was related to smugglers FICN Babu Khan who was previously captured by the Wing of Rajasthan Police Special Operations (SOG).
The police will also find in the interrogation accused of in areas where FICN is broken across the surface or in several other parts of Rajasthan.
The defendant identified as Bundu Khan was arrested with FICN.
“In the investigation it was found that the defendant was obtained from one Rafiq Khan who was a smuggler of FICN in the area.
Rafiq’s accusations were previously arrested by SOG with illegal ownership of the fake currency record of RS 3 Lakh.
Thus, in this case Rafiq Khan will also be arrested,” said Abhijeet Singh, police supervisor, Nagaur told Tii.
The police stated that high-quality ficn and lay cannot distinguish them the original.
“It was found that this FICN was smuggled to Rajasthan through West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh because they seemed to have been produced in Bangladesh.
Many areas in Bangladesh become illegal ficn making,” Singh added.
The police added that smugglers dealing with FICN gave a double investment.
“To get RS 1 Lakh FICN someone must pay Rs 50,000 original Indian currency notes.
Those who tend to be in illegal trade are mated to get double their investment, so this is increasingly deep into many districts,” said a senior officer.
