Ajmer: A young man was deceived by Rs 1 Lakh allegedly by two fake policemen in the KKRI on Monday.
After the complaint was submitted, the KKRI police saw through the CCTV footage of the area and found two suspects.
It still investigates this problem.
According to the police, Ram Arora, a resident of Sarwar, who works as an executive of money collection for a private company has raised money from a businessman at the Lodha Chowk in the KKRI on Monday.
While on the way to the bus stop to deposit RS 1.02 Lakh in Sarwar, Arora was stopped by two men with ordinary clothes at the Gunia Gate in the KKRI.
They told him that they were police and wanted to examine his bags with money because they were looking for several suspects.
According to the complainant, when he protested, they showed him the police identity card.
They examined it and took out polythene bags with the money.
When he told them about his collection, they returned the polybag.
They left the place.
But after a while Arora surprised after seeing the money lost from a bag in the bus holder.
Then a cheating case was registered against the fake police in the police station Kemri realized.
