Ahmedabad: Within 24 hours at 5 pm on Friday, Gujarat vaccinated 2.73 lakh people, took the number of people who were vaccinated to 2.23 crores (for the first dose).

The state figures said that Ahmedabad was vaccinated 35,653 people on Thursday and the amount fell to 30,974 on Friday, swimming 13%.
However, the AMC figure said that on Thursday, 26,854 people were vaccinated and the number rose to 29,908 on Friday.
Based on AMC numbers, corporate officials said that 29,908 people were vaccinated, 14,110 were women.
Officials said that in the category of senior citizens, more and more women were advanced to get Jab.

They say a lot of walk-ins must return without vaccination.

Cities of letters, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad and Banaskantha district recorded more than 10,000 daily vaccinations on Friday.
Of the vaccinated total, 1.14 Crore included in group 45+ and 89.29 lakh included in the group 18-44 – in both cases, the number was related to the first dose.
