Families clarify no ‘picasso nft’ arranged for sale online

Geneva: Pablo Picasso’s family does not sell digital assets related to one of his works after all.
After grandchildren and great-grandchildren from the artist overcoming sales, lawyers for the family said on Thursday that the heirs had not officially launched anything like “Picasso NFT.” An intra-family dispute has been cut on it.
Marina Picasso, and her son, Florian Picasso, showed a ceramic work for the Associated Press this week in Geneva that they said it was a big piece of Spain who would be related to “non-commensurate assets” sold online.
They and their managers said the pottery of his own bowl and NFT would be sold in March at auction.
“Maybe we should be a little clearer than the beginning,” said Cyril Noterman, the old business manager for Florian Picasso, who is a DJ producer and music.
Notman said more than 1,000 nfts would be sold starting on Friday which was actually related to Florian’s work, not from his great grandfather.
Jean-Jacques Neuer, Picasso Administration Lawyer – who manages the work organized by five descendants of Picasso, including the Marina, and oversees the use of the name Picasso – Contact AP on Thursday that it has not approved the sale of every “Picasso NFT” and that NFT by Florian Picasso and colleagues The “its own creation, independent of vis-a-vis claims Pablo Picasso and his works.
” `Information provided through the media where Picasso heirs will join the market for the ‘Pablo Picasso’ NFTS is really wrong,” he wrote.
Richard Malka, a lawyer for Diana Widmaier Picasso, another grandson of the artist, sent the same statement.
Neuer issued “ warning ” that every relationship with Picasso’s work will violate “ artistic monopoly, “and each NFT billed as related to such work will be` false.
“The Picasso Administration manages the ownership of three picasso – Maya Widmaier Picasso, Claude Ruiz Picasso, and Paloma Ruiz Picasso – and two grandchildren: Marina Ruiz Picasso and Bernard Ruiz Picasso, other children of the artist, the deceased Paul Picasso.
Together, five were taken together in the legal structure which essentially conferred with shared ownership of Picasso’s intellectual property.
The lawyer said under the current structure, only Claude Ruiz Picasso – Administrator for the family – can authorize a NFT project, and he does not support one.
“ What happens is that some family members do not agree with this project, and do not want the name mentioned, “said Florian Picasso by telephone Thursday night, referring to the family name.
Marina and comments Florian Picasso to the AP suggested they were looking to ride a wave of interest in NFTS, which had taken the art and world of finance by a storm.
NFTS is effectively a digital certificate of authenticity that can be attached to digital art or anything pretty much that comes in the form of digital – audio files, video clips, animated stickers, even an online reading news article.
