Noida: The days after a 26-year-old pregnant woman died when she was hit by a train near the Chipyana Buzurg area in Bibrakh, a pine had been submitted in the case with her family, pushed to death.
Sudha died on June 18 and his body was found by Kotwali police in Ghaziabad.
It was treated as a “unknown” body and was cremated three days later.
On June 24, Sudha Awadesh’s husband, a BSF Jawan posted in Pathankot Punjab, told his family by telephone that their daughter was no longer there.
The woman’s family sent an acquaintance to the Kotwali police station to examine and they knew about his death.
Sudha’s father, Ramvishwas Gaur, said Sudha and Awadesh married in March 2015.
“After a year, Sudha’s in-laws began to demand Mahar.
We have given them Rs 5 lakh during the wedding, along with chains and rings for the groom and rings for his father.

A pine has been submitted against Awadesh, his father Kanhaiya Lal, Subhawati’s mother and three other relatives under the IPC 323 section (punishment due to voluntarily causing injury), 504 (violations of peace), 498A (husband or relative of the husband who subjugated cruelty), 304b and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
