Palanpur: Mehsana Manufacturer of Milk Manufacturers Limited (MDCMPLUL), known as Dudhsagar Dairy, has extended assistance to the family to employees who died during the covid-19-induced pandemic.
District Milk Union has issued an appointment order to one family member of each of the 23 former employees who died during a pandemic.
Family members from the deceased who are a single breadwinner are expected to join the assignment from Wednesday.
“We first sent our officers to the late houses to evaluate their financial conditions.
The decision to appoint one member of each family was then taken.
Order appointments meeting was issued on August 14,” said Secretary of the Dairy Falgun Chaudhary Cooperative to Ti.
“Previously, we ensured that all contributions such as Provident funds, gratification, among others, was immediately released to the family who died.
Now, because the appointment letter has been issued, we expect new employees to join our milk from Wednesday,” he said.
“After my husband’s death during a pandemic, we struggled to meet our costs,” Neturna Dave said, the mother of two and one of the beneficiaries.
“I have a job that is needed without it I will be helpless.
I thank the milk because it gives me a stable job and source of income,” he said.
