Rajkot: Five famous gangster family members, who along with his son, were killed in a meeting with the police team on November 6 night, were booked on Sundays due to attempts of murder and riots in the District of Gediya Patdriagar District.
Surdendranagar police are also named Gangster who have died Hanf Khan JAT Malek aka if alias Munno (44) and his son Madin Jat Malek (18) in FIR, along with the other five.
More than a dozen people have attacked the police on Saturday night when they arrived in Gediya Village to arrest Hanif.
The police opened fire on defense after Hanif shot three rounds in the police.
Even though there were no injured police, Hanif and his son were shot dead in police shots.
According to the police, when they went to capture the desired Hanif in some cases including one below Gujcoc (Gujarat control over terrorism and organized crime), family members and others attacked them.
Police Inspector Bajana VM Jadeja, who is a complainant in this case, accuses that Hanif Hanifaben’s mother-in-law, her brother-in-law Ismail, her mother Hava and Father Amirkhan Jat Malek and 15 unidentified people attacked the police team to prevent capture.
They attacked them with blunt weapons, pipes, sticks and police who were blocked from their assignments.
All ordered for murder attempts, riots and other parts of the Indian criminal code and ARM acted.
“Hanif fired three shots to the police team, while his son Madin attacked them with a Dharia (Bill Hook).
Two police officers were injured in a hook bill attack.
In retaliation, the police fired three rounds where Hanif and Madin were killed,” said Deputy Supervisor of Hoshi Police Have told Tii.
However, the Hanif family member accused the police accidentally shot him and refused to accept the corpse.
Hanif Princess Simran also accused her brother Madin was killed in the meeting was only 16 years old.
On Sunday night, after police intervention, the family received the corpse.
Hanif serial perpetrators are one of the absconding criminals in the desired surendranagar in the case of Gujctoc.
Police said that Hanif was a famous gang member known as Gediya Gang which targeted the truck on the highway.
The gang is used to loot goods from moving trucks or after attacking the vehicle driver on the highway at night.
Hanif has 86 violations registered with him, including he was arrested in 59 cases.
In another case, he was shown as escape.
Violations of Hanif range from murder, efforts to kill, attack the police, theft, attack several.
Hanif is a member of the Gediya gang whose members have more than 125 cases registering against them at least seven districts, police said.
“Hanif Bilkis’s wife, his brother Rashid Khan, brother-in-law of Wasim Khan and Ajrat Khan’s cousin all were in prison for violations registered under the Gujcoc Law,” said Deputy Inspector Police H.
