Kanpur: City police use unusual tactics to catch famous vehicle thieves, Dharmendra Chandel aka Thakur’s fight, who is hugging them for more than a year despite some attacks in their hiding place.

Automatic thieves, who hid somewhere in Delhi, bit bait and rushed to their home village.
