Gurgaon: Faridabad reported 1,071 new Covid-19 cases on Monday, a surge in more than 21% compared to 878 cases the day before.
The city now has 3,899 active cases, where 3,812 is in house isolation and 87 is in the hospital.
4,739 people have been tested for Covid in the last 24 hours.
The daily level of peposititivity reached 22.6%, slightly higher than Gurgaon (22%).
4,005 new cases have been added to the city counting since January 1.
“Even though the cases jumped quickly, hospitalized less than the second WAV, which was a positive sign.
Of the 87 patients in the hospital, five were in the ventilator and they all had comorbidities,” said Dr.
Rambhagat, representatives of Faridabad civil surgeon doctors .
