Farmers are ordered for fighting, ask why there is no case against BJP workers

Ghaziabad: The day after farmers and BJP workers clashed at the gate, 200 ‘unknown’ farmers were booked on Thursday due to riots, criminal intimidation and attack on a worker.
However, there was no action taken on complaints by Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU), after which farmers threatened to start unlimited protests outside the police station throughout the state.
Complaints submitted by Sidhi Pradhan, a BJP worker, stated that when they waited to welcome the newly appointed state secretary of the party, Amit Valmiki, more than 200 farmers attacked them with sticks, iron stems, and also damaged their vehicles.
The case under the IPC 147 section (punishment for riots), 148 (riots, armed with deadly weapons), 323 (punishment because it voluntarily caused injury), 352 (punishment for violence or criminal vice versa rather than in grave provocation), 427 (cause damage ) Damage to fifty rupees) and 506 (penalties for criminal intimidation) were submitted at the Kaushambi police station, Gyanendra Singh, SP City-2, said.
Complaints were also submitted by President Ghaziabad Bku Vijendra Singh against BJP workers at the same police station, but the police have not started any actions.
SP Gyanendra Singh said farmers attacked BJP workers and their fights only after that.
“We have CCTV footage where farmers attack party workers,” he said, adding that efforts were being carried out to track farmers with the help of recordings taken from the place.
On Thursday afternoon, a group of farmers reached the SSP office and held protests.
Farmer leaders have warned of fresh agitation.
“The police have taken unilateral acts by not acting on our complaints against those who attack farmers.
We will not tolerate this.
If the action is not taken, we will begin unlimited agitation at the police station throughout Uttar Pradesh,” said Media BKU Manchendra Malik , He added that FIR was “efforts by Ghaziabad police to suppress farmer protests”.
“BKU will give an answer to this.
Farmers began to reach the police station and will continue to do so until the attackers were not ordered and arrested.
No matter how big the movement needs to be started throughout the country, BKU is ready for it,” said Malik.
