NEW DELHII: Farmers have blocked state and national highways in Haryana to protest against the incident by the police lathicharge on agitating farmers near Karnal Bastara toll plaza.
Farmers protest meeting at the polls next town led by the minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar, according the report.
Congress has condemned the incident.

He took to Twiiter and write in Hindi, “The incident today has hurt everyone in Haryana …” Criticizing BJP for “bloodshed”, Surjewala said the incident will not be easily forgotten.
Farmers have been uneasy at the border of Delhi demanding the revocation of three farm legislation introduced by the center, since November last year.
They have repeatedly expressed fears over the law lost by the minimum support price (MSP), leaving them at the mercy of large companies.
