Farmers call all parties meet today, minus BJP in Chandigarh

Bathinda: The Punjab farmer organization has decided to meet five leaders from every Punjab political party except BJP in Chandigarh on Friday regarding the beginning of the campaign for the election of the State Assembly.
Representatives from 32 Punjab farmer organizations have asked political parties to make five senior leaders each with a dialogue with farmers in the center of the People’s Convention in Sector 36, Chandigarh.
The farmers have also asked political parties to postpone the campaign until the election was announced because it caused a loss of protests ongoing on the Delhi border and in various places in Punjab.
Concessions have been made to listen to political parties before making concrete decisions about this problem.
This need emerged after agricultural activists began opposing leaders in the state and Shiromani Akali Dal had written to agricultural leaders, said they wanted to meet them to clean up their doubts about the agricultural booth.
The leader of the Balbir Senior Farmers Singh Rajewal said, “Because there is plenty of time for elections, political parties should not fully indulge in the campaign because it has a negative impact on the ongoing agricultural protests.
When several activists oppose sad demonstrations, the party wants to meet with the leaders of farmers.
Continuing, we decided to meet with the leaders of all parties separately, give them different slots, and have improved the place in Chandigarh to meet them on Friday.
We have asked them to send a list of five representatives to farmers who will appear for meetings.
“Congress, sad and AAP immediately responded to the offer of farmers for meeting all parties and announced the name.
Sedul Sukhbir President Singh Badal described four party leaders to attend the meeting held by Kisan Morcha.
Those who will represent sad include Balwinder Singh Bhundur, Prem Singh Chandumajra, Mahesinder Singh Grewal and Daljeet Singh Cheema.
The Cheema Party spokesman said the party had written a letter to Kani Morcha a few days ago to clean up his attitude in the three controversial agri-marketing laws and to convey that they were with farmers.
He added that the party’s president received a letter from Kisan Morcha for a meeting on Thursday.
The next party’s strategy will be decided after their meeting with 32 farmers unions, he said.
AAP Source said Mlaas Kultar Singh Sandhwan (also the Head of the Party of Farmers’ Wings), Aman Arora and Secretary General of Punjab Jagtar Singh Sahera will attend the meeting.
The Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu will attend a meeting with the President who works Singh Nagra and Secretary General of the Singh Pargate, said the source.
On July 26, Sidhu even said that he would be barefoot to meet with farmers who protested.
“The Congress Party stands firmly with SKM and Kisan Satyagrahis; Three black laws must be revoked,” he said in a tweet and also clarified that his previous comments to meet with farmer organizations made at the installation ceremony were misunderstood.
Sad had started a complete poll campaign under ‘Gal Punjab in’, but farmers opposed it in almost all places and had clashed with the police in hopefully on September 2, when they stopped heading towards Akali Rally Venue.
The incident made sad to suspend a demonstration with a week (until September 11).
Kirti Kisan Union, who has given a call to oppose sadness, will also participate in the meeting.
Vice President Kku Rajinder Singh Deep Singh Wala told TII, “This is for the welfare of Punjab, that farmers want a poll to be cut short because of wasteful money spent from the pockets of ordinary people with taxes.
Political parties, who do not listen to anyone , listen to farmers because of their ability to maintain greater protests.
