New Delhi: Farmers who protested on Thursday called protests throughout the year after the center sent them official letters who received most of their demands.
The farmers were in protest sitting since last November against three agricultural laws, which has since been revoked by the government.
The farmers will empty Delhi’s border and return home from December 11.
They will take a victim march to their respective places.
Announced the end of agitation, the leaders of Samayukta Kisan Morcha said they would hold a review meeting on January 15 to see the progress of promises made by the center.
“We have decided to suspend our agitation.
We will hold a meeting on January 15.
If the government does not fulfill its promise, we can continue our agitation,” said the leader of the farmer Singh Charuni.

The agricultural law was passed by Lok Sabha And Rajya Sabha on November 29, the first day of the parliamentary winter session.
