Noida: Farmers from 81 villages protested Noida authorities for the last 83 days of Gheraoed Noida Mla Pankaj Singh residence on Monday, raising slogans against the BJP government.
The protesters said they held talks with MLA last week and believed that their demands would be intended but did not succeed.
Led by the leader of farmers Sukhvir Khalifa and several women, protesters reached MLA’s residence in sector 26, raising slogans against him and the BJP government.
Immediately, an argument broke out among the local farmers and police when the last one refused to budge and darken MLA’s residence.
Singh was immediately forced out of his residence and overcoming the protesters.
Approved the request that eternal land increased from 450 square meters at this time, MLA said that the discussion did not move forward due to the issue of encroachment by farmers.
“There was a discussion with the Noida Authority on this problem several times.
I even spoke to the Minister of Industry and CM before.
On Sunday, I have invited some of you and discussions held on the problem of eternal land.
The general consensus is that eternal land must increase from 450 Square meters, “he said.
“On the problem of dissolving 10% plot and compensation of 64%, I have said that every time the discussion occurs on this problem, it fails at one point and at that time there is encroachment.
If there is an agreement there, just by things can move forward , “he said in the midst of crying out by several protesters in the midst of this speech.
MLA promised the farmers to hold another meeting with Secretary of Secretary and Minister of Satish Cabinet Mahana after November 25.
However, farmers were not impressed.
“We want MLA to clarify whether our demands are true or wrong but only political and misleading talks have occurred,” Khalifa said.
“Our land was obtained without a new survey based on eternal status in 1932.”
