Farmers may not be blamed for air pollution: Rakesh Tikait

Ghaziabad: Leader Union Bhartiya Kisan Rakesh Tikaites on Tuesday said farmers or a burning distended should not be blamed for air pollution, quoting observations of the Supreme Court.
