Farmers suffering Because of Centre’s indifference, ” Said Mamata

The bill had been passed at the meeting on June 14, 2011.
The Tata Group has been granted around a million acres of property from the then state authorities in 2006 to create a car manufacturing mill, but in the aftermath of violent protests in the Trinamool Congress (TMC), the project has been shelved.
Tata Motors transferred the Calcutta High Court demanding the law.
The purchase of this property was maintained by a trial court and the legislation passed by the TMC-led country authorities was announced waiver on attraction.
Following that, the dispute went into the Supreme Courtthat ruled in favor of these farmers.

Several have camped in the boundaries of the federal capital.
Despite several rounds of discussions between the Centre and also the farmer leaders this past year, the deadlock stays.
Farmers have been speculating about different boundaries of the federal capital since November 26 from the three recently enacted farm legislation: Farmers’ Create Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020; the Farmers Empowerment and Protection) Deal on Cost Assurance and plantation Services Act 2020 along with the critical Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020.
