Religious: Some farmers in the Beggia Blok District Ganjam blockade the road for the second day on Tuesday, demanding that their rice purchased with minimum support prices (MSP) regardless of quality.

Agitators alleged that Miller wanted to get 80kg of rice, instead of 75kg at MSP RS 1940 per quintal, quoting the quality of inferior rice.

CDSO said there was no problem in the procurement of rice if farmers wanted to sell it according to the norm of the quality of the government.
