Farooq Abdullah urged the center to start a dialogue with the Taliban

New Delhi: Urge India to begin a dialogue with the Taliban, the President of the National Conference of Farooq Abdullah on Saturday said that India has invested billions in Afghanistan and there is no harm in involving the new regime in the country to protect investment.
