So, tell us how you see the changes in the fitness industry in the last few years?
Over the years I have noticed that people are becoming more interested in fitness.
There are more gym than ever before.
People of all ages are gymming and focus on fitness and nutrition.
They took the whole game their fitness very seriously.
What you see is the biggest mistake that people make when it comes to losing weight?
The biggest mistake people make is they try to copy what works for others.
Everyone is different and what works for them may not work for you.
Also if you follow the exercise with your friends and complained that he was losing weight but not you, then you need to know that the only exercise you do together, obviously he’s doing other things that help him achieve the results that you do not do.
Something similar happens with nutrients.
People come to me and say that I eat very little, still I do not lose weight.
But what they miss is eating too little or eat too much, both detrimental to your weight loss process.
So it’s important for you to experiment with your diet.
Little things like the amount of oil you use when cooking also plays a big role.
So eat a certain part and see if it makes you see the results.
If they are, continue adjusting portions and you will soon see good results.

I feel they are both important and have different roles to play.
When you hang out or walk on a treadmill, weight loss process stops there, but when you do weight training, such as the deadlift, you continue to burn calories even after completing the exercises.

What are some simple weight loss tricks are being followed?
The most important thing is what you eat.
Someone should try to have more homemade foods and avoid food that is packaged and processed.
There is so much variety when it comes to vegetables, fruits, and protein.
So one must learn to add all the variations so that they do not get bored with the food healthy home.
Do not eat the same food every day.
Prepare option.
Do not do anything while.

Focus on 5 meals – three meals and two snacks mail.
