JAMMU: Political parties from the Union land are increasing doubts over the government’s objective after among those members of the Delimitation Commission comprised 15 weeks back to redraw the boundaries of meeting constituencies of Jammu and Kashmir transferred outside to take the following mission.
Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) on Tuesday reported the destiny of delimitation at J&K once more hangs in equilibrium as the government isn’t serious about that.

Singh remarked that the commission was first declared on February 20, 2020along together with three associates.

The authorities, however, chosen to remain a mute spectator with no clarifying the condition of the commission, that was to initially submit its report on the time given for the intention,” Singh explained.
Alleging that the BJP government at the Centre is reluctant to holding delimitation at J&K,” Singh asserted that BJP would like to keep its own proxy rule at the new UT and keep all the powers to itself.
He said the individuals of J&K have been deprived of their democratic right to a duly elected government of the selection.
“Together with the previous meeting was dissolved in 2018, elections into legislature were needed to be kept promptly, in consonance with the principle of law.
Even the BJP regime, but not just minding democratic standards and processes, additionally, it overlooked the simple law enunciated by the Supreme Courtthat envisaged’holding of elections over six months in most nations where assemblies were dissolved’,” he explained.
