New York: USFda aims to ratify the dose of Pfizer-Bontech vaccine booster for all adults at the beginning of Thursday, a step that will expand the number of Americans who qualified for additional shots by tens of millions, according to sources.
If the FDA and CDC come out this week, they will act quickly – a little more than a week after Pfizer asks for a booster authorization for everyone aged 18 years and over.
Under the scenario, every adult who gets the second dose of the vaccine at least six months will be eligible to get a booster as soon as this weekend.
