Hyderabad: Chairman of the Chandrasekhar Rao’s Chandrasekhar on Sunday begged people not to move in the group, especially during Sankranthi, and tried to remain in their homes and celebrate the festival to take all Covid-19 prevention measures.
“The new variant of Coronavirus spreads,” said CM KCR, reaffirming that people must be vigilant, take steps to self-regulation and follow government guidelines.
He also stressed that people should not entertain fear or anxiety about the variant.
“The state government is prepared to deal with pandemics,” CM said at a review meeting about the Coronavirus situation in the state and preparedness of the medical department and health.
“Everyone must take a vaccine.
Until now, the vaccination drive takes place for those aged 15 to 18 years.
From Monday, the third dose (prevention dose) will be given to frontline workers and people over the age of 60.
All who fulfill Requirements must be vaccinated, “KCR said.
In terms of symptoms, people must go to the nearest government hospital and take care.
Officials submitted a report on steps taken after CM instruction during the meeting of the last review.
Officials explain to CM that a number of oxygen beds, drugs, and other facilities needed are available.
