Veteran actor Dharmendra also remembers how he will always stop and listen to every time Lata Ji’s songs are playing.
He shared that he was very excited when he sang the song ‘Aap Ki Nazron Ne Samjha’ for him, he wrote a letter to everyone.
When speaking at Ode Aaj Not to Lata Mangeshkar, said Dharmendra, “We will talk a lot, especially in recent years.
It feels like he wants to run away from loneliness.”

Speaking to Etimes before, Dharmendra has shared how the news of his death made him uncomfortable.
“I got ready not once but three times to go for the last ritual Didi.
But every time, I pulled myself back.
I don’t want to see it leaving us,” he said.

Lata Mangeshkar was cremated with a full state award at Shivaji Park.
