MILAN: Italian Luxury Group Salvatore Ferragamo said on Monday it chose Marco Gobbetti, CEO out of the Burberry British Group, as his new chief executive.
Ferragamo, famous for shoes worn by Hollywood stars like Audrey Hepburn, said Gobbetti would take his new position as soon as he was released from his contractual obligation.
In a separate statement Burberry said Gobbetti would leave the British group at the end of 2021.
