Mangaluru: Don’t be silent from atrocities and problems, but fight legally with the help of legal service authorities, said the Supreme Court Judge BC Abdul Nazeer.
He spoke after inaugurating a legal awareness camp organized by the Karnataka state legal service authority, the legal service authority of Dakshina Kannada and the Moodbidri Bar Association, at Alva College in Moodbidri on Thursday.
“In civil society, it is not acceptable to quietly against cruelty or problems, without taking it to police notice or court.
Legal service authorities are there to support those who do not have the power to fight for their rights,” he said, and asked People to approach authority for every legal assistance.
DC K V Rajendra said that the burden of legal service authorities decreased when government officials issued their duties efficiently.
“Officials must go to the doorway of people and achieve the government scheme to the right beneficiaries,” he said.
