A female lyricist has filed firmly against the composer Rahul Jain alleged that he had revealed his own child and wanted him to give children to be adopted.
Chandrakant Ambani complainant lawyer told Etimes, “a case has been submitted under Section 376 2 (N) 420 406 313 and 34 IPC at the Oshiwara Police Station.
”

The complainant said that Rahul forced him to undergo two abortions in the past, on behalf of his career and did not want people to know about their relationship and child.
The lawyer said, “Father’s name was mentioned in a birth certificate.
But, forget his name to the child, he has revealed the mother and child and lost.”
The defendant asked the complainant to cancel the child as well as the third time.
The lawyer revealed, “but his medical condition did not allow him, even though Rahul insisted about abortion.
He had to give birth to the child, who was six months old today.”

The complainant also accused that Rahul Jain had received monetary profits at a cost.
The lawyer said, “He has used all its resources, all of his intellectual property and exploit it.
He has used his song and sells it to a music company with his own name and does not give money to the girl, which is caused by it.”
Meanwhile, Rahul Jain has submitted an anticipatory assurance application before the Dindoshi court, the trial scheduled on Monday.
Chandrakant Ambani said, “The court allowed us to intervene in the name of the complainant but the trial had been postponed until October 20, 2021 because the procedure needed by the defendant’s advocate did not comply with the right time schedule.
Etime made several attempts to reach Rahul Jain and his mother, but their telephone was turned off.
