Mumbai: Pune Entrepreneurs filed a complaint against the owners of SFL Fitness Private Limited and four others (including Bollywood Shilpa Shetty actresses and her husband Raj Kundra) who were partners in the company because they cheated the last with him.
The offer opens a fitness center franchise in Pune.
Nitin Barai (59) complainant filed a complaint with the Bandra Police on Saturday nearly seven years after the agreement was signed after the complainant realized that the party with whom he signed the agreement and failed to return the money he invested to get a franchise.

Putra Baria Yash (25) who has invested money in business fitness accuses that they are threatened when they are looking for their money back.
The contract agreement, according to the police who investigated this case, was signed in 2014 and payments made within a month.
However, the complainant did not get the money he invested in this business.
Based on complaints, the Bandra police registered the first report on the SFL Fitness director, Kashff Khan, actress Shilpa Shetty, her husband Raj Kundra, Darshit Shah and several other people who were witnesses in the contract signed in 2014.
A case under the Indian criminal code , including 420 (cheating), 120-B (criminal conspiracy), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (general intentions) have been registered with them and police bandra investigating this case.
