Mumbai: Minister of Chief Justice of Uddhav Thackeray Millind Narvestar has complained to the City Police Commissioner has received a threat message where he is warned that “a central body will chase him” if he “does not meet certain demands”.
Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrrale confirmed after receiving a complaint and said it had been forwarded to cyber crime cells when the threat was received on his phone.
The police said they were in the process of registering fir in this case.
The crime branch also conducts parallel investigations.
The police said that in the complaint, Narvestar had said that he had received a message WhatsApp of the number of unknown people, where the latter had threatened him about the action by the Central Investigation Bureau (CBI), the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the National Investigation Agency (Nia ) And other central institutions if he does not heed certain demands.
