NEW DELHI: Seeing that a few of the tribunals have been in”pitiful” state and unable to release their functions because of a great number of exemptions, the Supreme Court on Monday asked the Centre to take immediate measures for brand new appointments. A seat of Justices L Nageswara Rao, Hemant Gupta and S Ravindra Bhat requested the authorities to punish members without demonstrating their tenure after lawyer general K Venugopal said that the delay was due to comparison between the apex court judgment and ordinance caused from the Centre on tenure of participants.
