Mumbai: Observing that the condition of the National Highway Mumbai-Goa is not good, Bombay High Court (HC) on Friday asked the State Public Works Department and Indian National Highway Authority to take immediate prevention steps, including filling the hole.
“There are a number of holes and braking vehicles suddenly.
At least we can save lives,” said the Head of the Judiciary of Datta and Justice Gires Kulkurni.
The court heard pills by advocating Owais Pechkar, regular commuters at the NH-66, that four laning jobs that began in 2011 were delayed, there was a violation of tender conditions and repetitive holes.
In Pechkar 2018 pills on the same problem, HC has directed the work of the widening of the road to be accelerated.
