Mumbai: Tata Power on Thursday announced it has been tied with the Real Estate Developer Lodha Group to provide End-to-End Electric Vehicle (EV) charging solutions in all housing and commercial projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan and Pune regions.
Under this partnership, Tata Power will install EV charging stations in the development of Lodha and chargers will be accessible to all Lodha residents and visitors who are EV owners.
“Installation and charging support will be provided for electric vehicles along with 24×7 services, maintenance support, remote vehicle charging monitoring and electronic payments through the EZ Cellular application charge by Tata Power,” the official said.
With this agreement, Lodha strengthens its commitment to the future of zero-carbon, increasingly pushing its residents to start this way, said Raunika Malhotra, President – Marketing and Corporate Communication, Lodsha Group.
Tata power boasts an expansive network of more than 5000 home chargers and more than 600 chargers in more than 120 cities in India.
The company comes in all EV ECO-System segments – General charging, prisoner charging, home charging and workplace, and has used all types of chargers including DC chargers and AC chargers, a company spokesman added.
