Film Celebrity’s bodyguard held for raping Mumbai beautician

BENGALURU: A 33-year-old bodyguard of a Bollywood celebrity was on Saturday detained from Heggadahalli village nearby KR Pet, Mandya district, on behalf of having a Mumbai beautician after promising to marry her.
The defendant remains Kumar Hegde, also a resident of Heggadahalli close Kikkeri, Mandya.
M Ashwini, superintendent of police (Mandya), stated Mumbai police detained the defendant with assistance from local authorities.
According to police sources, Hegde had arrived at his village a month before, a couple of days before the lockdown.
His loved ones had mended his union with a neighborhood woman.
“The loved ones had been presumed to finalise the wedding .
However, before that he had been detained,” a police officer out of KR Pet team stated.
A group of Mumbai police officers led by sub-inspector Virendra Bhosle attained Mandya and hunted local cops’ help to detain him.
Jurisdictional Kikkeri authorities and Mumbai police hurried to Heggadahalli about Saturday afternoon and picked up the defendant.
Police created Hegde before a local court and abandoned Mandya from 6pm.
