AHMEDABAD: Gujarat is a step closer to altering the skyline of its five important towns with’legendary buildings’ like this skyscrapers at Dubai and Singapore. Paving the way with this shift, main minister Vijay Rupani on Tuesday accepted the last telling concerning the building of buildings using 70 flooring or longer. The approval was granted following the suggestions and responses into the main notification that included changes into the Comprehensive General Development Control Regulations (CGDCR)-2017 which enabled the building of buildings that were iconic. According to the present legislation, buildings at the country can’t have over 23 flooring or be over 70m high. The new policy allows high-rise structures which are taller than100m from Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara and Gandhinagar.
