Final playback to select 24 candidates for student parliament

Ranchi: Jharkhand Assembly Secretariat on Wednesday conducted a final screening of students from all states to choose 24 candidates for the first student parliament.
The legislative research wings from the State Assembly in connection with Delhi-based think tanks, PRS legislative research, accommodated the first parliament of the students on October 31, early rounds that were ongoing since mid-October.
Acting Secretary, Jharkhand Assembly, said Javed Haidar, who led screening on Wednesday, said the preparations needed to hold the first edition of the Parliament of the students were conceptualized by the Speaker Ravindra Nath Mahitto and the Secretariat team in all secretaries with Mitharuk and Madhukar Bharadwaj execute the process.
“We invite applications from students studying in various state universities and receiving nearly 100.

He added that 94 candidates appeared before the online panel and faced interviews.
“We have chosen 24 candidates who meet the requirements that will once again be trained on Saturday before the finals on Sunday,” he said.
Students are given five topics to prepare themselves after considering problems such as environment, mining and democratic government.
