MUMBAI: Final-year postgraduate physicians who’d transferred the Supreme Court demanding conclusion in the last exams because of insufficient prep time have written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi making the identical request.
The correspondence enlists several factors on why examinations have to be well researched.
